RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We hope this brief guide is helpful, but if you are not sure which treatment to choose or would like more detailed information, please contact our spa reception and our Spa Ambassadors will be happy to assist you.

We encourage guests to make advance reservations. If you must cancel, reschedule, or change your spa reservation, please notify spa reception 12 hours prior to your appointment, 24 hours for L’Art de Vivre Journey Packages and Fitness Sessions. Please note that you will be asked to provide a credit card number at the time of booking (nonresident guests). Late cancellations will incur a 50% charge and no-shows will be charged the full price of the service.

Anyone under the age of 16 undergoing a treatment session must have a parent or guardian present in the treatment cabin. For appointments performed outside of regular spa hours or in the comfort of your own guest room, a $50 surcharge will be applied.

YOUR HEALTH AND COMFORT

Please let us know if you are pregnant or have any particular health conditions or concerns such as allergies, high blood pressure, injuries, or disabilities when you secure your appointment. If you experience any discomfort during your treatment, please immediately communicate your concerns to your Wellness or Beauty Artisan for reimbursement to be considered. 

ARRIVAL TIME

We recommend that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment, allowing time for you to relax and enjoy our spa facilities beforehand. A late arrival will simply reduce the time available for your treatment, lessening the effectiveness and enjoyment of your service.

SPA ENVIRONMENT

L’Art de Vivre is a cell phone-free environment. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to keep a quiet and relaxing environment by speaking quietly throughout the spa, particularly in waiting areas and treatment corridors. If you need to use your mobile phone, you may do so in the outdoor spa patio area.

SPA ATTIRE

L’Art de Vivre Spa provides all guests with a private locker, robes, and slippers for your use during your service.  We practice professional draping and your modesty is respected at all times. For your comfort, disposable undergarments are provided upon request. Please note that swimsuits must be worn in pool areas and a sport outfit and tennis shoes are mandatory to access the fitness room.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

We provide lockers for your personal belongings but regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Please do not wear jewelry or bring valuable or sentimental items with you to the spa. Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate luggage or sports equipment.

SERVICE CHARGE

For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to your service price. Additional gratuities are a matter of personal discretion based your service experience at L’Art de Vivre Spa.
